K seriously I think they sing awesome music, I love metal but why do some people hat 'em? and if you do then why? Just wanna know.

Everything expressive is in the eye of the beholder, you know. Why do I hate pop music? Because I think that it sucks s**t and shouldn't exist, but some people positively love that crap. I used to be big on metal, but have now branched out to classical more, funny huh? I don't know why people hate them and I don't care, as long as they don't try to mess with me everything is cool and they are entitled to their opinions.

Hate is a big word but I don't like them because they bring nothing new and act like they do.
They bring things from the underground to the surface and claim they invented it while all they do is copy others.This goes for their music as well as their image

SlipKnot is the SH*t! Thats all there is too it! They are awesome! People dont like them because some of their lyrics are cruel, they are very vulgar and bold...BUT some people just dont like them because they dont...the same reason some people dont like Britney Spears!

i'm an avid coupon clipper! I religiously keep them looked after and use them throughout my weekly save. I regularly keep everywhere from $7-30 funds per week. yet my usually happening reductions per week is about $11-16 funds. even with the reductions volume i'm getting. slipknot has two kinds of followers; people who actually listen to them and enjoy the masterpeices of their music, and people who think they are [goth] and therefor [cool]. this turns many judgemental people off because of their notoriety and two-sided following....
by the way they are not really together anymore......Corey taylor went off back to his old band, Stone Sour.....

I guess some people just aren't into that sort of thing. Like my favourite musician is Dusty Springfield, and a lot of my friends don't understand why I like her - their loss, IMHO :)
