Are those Asian seals made out of stone worth a lot of money?

I got one from my dad (he mentioned it was handmade) a long time ago and I saw on Amazon that they were quite pricey...I was just wondering.

Depends on whether they are authentic and originally made for use, or turned out for tourist and export trades
