I told my kids, "12 is your last year", because then they're getting too grown up, too big of a kid. Well, when I open the door and see teens there, these giants in costume, I still can't resist giving them my candy. On the one hand, "go do something else, make a party or find a way to attend an event, stay home and scare kids from there, anything". On the other hand how can you stop letting yourself go out at night all made up with a bag screaming, laughing, jumping, running all over the place and receiving free candy? Jeez, now I wanna' go out myself . . .

You are never too old to dress up for Halloween! I'll be in my Land Shark costume delivering candy-grams and I'm in my 40's. Of course, I don't take the candy though. Don't ever lose your sense of fun, ok?

I don't mind older kids coming for trick-or-treat, as long as they go to the trouble to dress up.
It's probably more fun to get some of your friends to dress up with you and have a halloween party at your house. I like to have halloween costume parties for my grown up friends (in their 50s and 60s). Halloween is fun for all ages.

You are definitely not too old! I'm 35 and STILL go to costume parties. But leave the trick-o-treating to the little kiddies....

I don't know how old you are.
I despise parents that put a mask on kids and send them to my door. That doesn't sound like a costuem, to me. If you're 5'5'' and wearing school clothes with a mask, don't come to my door. I'll tell you you're too old.

No, have fun while you can! Don't let your age stop you from enjoying your life, even when you are 30, 40 and so on.......

You can dress up anytime you desire. Going out for candy is something else. After all, that is what your kisses already are.
