I believe the cowboys. Mexican people have dealt with hirses since anceint times way before north america was colonized. I was going to say food, but thats not as strong, though I love me tacos

well what i mean was, the mexicans (like a long time ago) influenced how the cowboys dressed, ate, and they taught them skills and words for some things.
