You probably gave them an e-mail address that you'd like to have when you signed up for internet service. If you don't remember it, call the tech support desk, provide proof of your identity (last four of your social security number and all that stuff) and they should be able to tell you what it is. I believe Comcast supports several sub-accounts for each primary account, a well.

If you subscribe to Comcast (you have to pay for it), you already have an email account. You have a log in and password.
To add another email account, log in and go to Manage Email Accounts, you can create another one there.

If you have comcast then you already have an account.. sign in and it will tell you how to make more account/user names

if you have a problem with your service Comcast will send someone out to fix it. give them a call
