Lots of different random stores. I've seen Louis Vetton bags and other accessories in a Barnes and Noble Bookstore, a bird store and a candle shop.

If you want a real, genuine Lois Vuitton bag or wallet then you should go to an actual Lois Vuitton store. Ordering from the internet, no matter how legit the site looks, is risky and you can end up paying full price for a fake and probably badly made replica. Unless you actually want a replica, in which case there are tons of sites and stores that sell them.

well, first learn to spell it. it's 'Louis Vuitton'. Higher-end malls have Louis Vuitton outlets or you can buy them online probably; I can't really help you much here because I bought mine in China. You'll love it =)
