I think they were trying to find a nice way to say you have a big mouth. It's nice that they cared enough to try and sugar coat it for you.

A big heart is different from a big mouth. Having a big mouth isn't a good thing, but it doesn't mean that you don't have a big heart. So no, it doen't cancel the other one out...just work on your big mouth.

Okay, I am 6'4", 24"+ shoulders, almost 18" biceps, and a bit more insulation than is required. I have size 13 feet. I have an (actual measurements and expletives deleted). Everything on me is big, more so than on, let's say, a 5'4" woman (Not a random height - this fits someone who know it.)

I think I'd consider the source. It takes a pretty big mouth to say something like that...as well as brass ba!!s. Rude, and probably not intended kindly.

A big heart always wins in my book.
You can always do good your way out of a slip from your big mouth.

Be happy regardless. You are obviously being a good friend on both counts. You are reaching out with your heart and being truthful with them with your words. Be happy......no PO about it.
