she msg me back wednesday that she will call me later and busy with her friends who came form her country to visit her, but still did not called me, should i call her to see why is she not calling i havent seen her for 2 weeks or should i wait and obey her wish?

Be cool mate, if she wants to call you she will.
If she doesn't call there's heaps more chicks out there.
Unless you're in love in which case there's no help for you!

You are being played, you do not have a relationship with her, if she can spend time with her ex, and get back with you later. get real, move on and find someone else. you've got to be hurting, knowing that she is with someone else and not you. don't be a sucker. there are much better women out there. you only think that you like her, simply because she is different, being that she is from another country.
All the while, you more than likely, thought that you was gonna show her some things and be the nice American boy, she doesn't want a boy. She is aggressive and is looking for that type of person, just like her ex, he came to your country, without a worry about you, because she told him, there was nothing to worry about and that she tells you what to do, like a puppet. people in other countries, play the fake love game too, and you just got caught up in it.
As they say in other countries --- dumb American, and you just proved them right, you're out of your league and thought you really had it going on.

You might be getting the heave ho. If she is from another country and has felt her ties and traditions to this country, she may feel that you are the wrong person for her. Are you from her country? Are you of the same culture with the same religious and dating beliefs. If this is not the case, she may be feeling that the two of you are not really compatible. Give it some time, as she requests, and leave her alone. She'll let you know if she is still interested.

She is probably been busy catching up with her friends who are visiting her. Feel free to call her and just let her know that you are thinking about her and when she gets a free moment to call you back. Yet, you can mention to her that you would like to meet her friends. That gives you a chance to see her.

2 weeks is a long time for someone not to call you back after you've been dating them for 4 months. I'd call to find out if everything was okay with her. If she says she's "ok" then I'd ask her why she hasn't called. If something is wrong you need to know that and if she just doesn't want to be with you any more you need to know that too.

Call her and say that you know she's busy and you just wanted to say hi real quick... maybe slip into the conversation that you miss her and it's been a while since you have seen her. Then send her something sweet... if she doesn't respond to these I'm afraid that she's "too busy" for good.

she may just be busy with her friends and catching up on old times, if has been 2 weeks I would give her call just to say hey I am thinking of you and miss you. she will apperciate that.

She's just not into you - move on with your life. Sorry, don't mean to sound cold..Life has LOTS of changes. Hang back and wait for her to make a move. if she doesn't, forget it.

just call her... it's not like you're knocking on her door to see what's going on...
if she never answer or answered with a not-so-good tone and ending the conversation pretty soon, you know the drill...

truthfully...why cant she let you be w/ her and her friends?...if you mean something to her then one would think she would want to share you w/ her closest friends...what does she have to hide?..when i have been in the position of wondering where my g/f was b4...its not a good feeling...eventually she told me she was cheating...if i was you i would consider backing out of this relationship...gl...
