I need to know if all cells are the same size and if they aren't than what cells are bigger or smaller than others. I'm confused, please help! Thans so much!

no, some cells actually are visible to the human eye (some algaes for instance), whereas others need extremely powerful microscopes to be seen.

Bacterial cells often are tiny, but body cells or animal cells are bigger.

one difference is Eukaryotic vs. prokaryotic.

Prokaryotic cells are small and have very few organelles if any, no nucleus, and very simple DNA. Therefore they are small, they don't need to hold much "stuff"

Eukaryotic cells contain organelles, true nuclei, ribosomes, cytoplasm, etc. therefore they need to be lots bigger.

The human egg is a single cell. It is almost visible to the eye.

All cells are different in shape and size. An unfertilized egg cell is the biggest. Sells come in squamous, cuboidal, columnar, and transitional. They are also classified as simple, stratified, or pseudo stratified.
