i've heard that you can get RVD to offer u to go to ECW, what superstar do you have to be to be offered this?

What your asking is not even in the game. You must be thinking of the 2007 version that's coming out in november and mistakenly thought it was 2006. There is no reference to ECW made in the 2006 version with the exception of unlocking an ECW arena.
