The best way is take mrt alight at city hall and walk toward marina centre and behind marina centre is ecp towards beach road. Or even alight at bugis or lavender you can walk at least 10 min.

May be you are talking about bus service to the beach. Take bus service 401 from bedok interchange.

There is only 1 service to East Coast Parkway, ie.401, take from Bedok.
No other choices.

depend where you take the bus from... check sbs transit or tibs website..
i know bus 36 can go marina parade.hope it helps
