on my computer the sound doesnt work and ive tried all the holes, mute is off, the speakers are on .....HELP!!

Check your settings in control panel. If the problem is not resolved there, go to the sound cards web site and re-download the drivers. There may be a corrupt file in there. The green outlet is for your speakers.

Check all the physical connections, first, try different speakers. do they have power? if all ok then go into control panel and sound. check if it works there. good luck
