A man that wants that many children probably hasn't had any yet. It's not as easy as some may think to raise a child. I wanted 5 children before I started having them, and ended up with three. They are all successfull, but it was not easy (or cheap) raising them. Just a note: men will still look at you after 3 or even 5 children if you take care of yourself and stay in shape.... take care!

She cheated on you with 5 different men? And she still wants a relationship w/you? There ARE good women out there who don't cheat. Fornication is grounds for divorce with the Lord, and she has definately done that. But God hates putting away. If she is serious and wants a seond chance maybe give her a second chance, if you are sure she is determined to stay faithful and not cheat anymore. People do change sometimes. God says when someone sins against you to forgive them seven times seven. But if after some time you see she will not be with you and you ONLY then go forward with a divorce. I know a man who went through the same thing with his first wife. She ran off with other men seven times and he took her back seven times. No, I don't think that men in general want to have 4-5 children to keep their wife home. I have 5 children 3 are step and 2 are natural. In our case it's based on LOVE we wanted to be together and we took on the responsibilities of caring for all these children. As for men not looking at their wife. Hey, it's ok to be a hot mom. I take pride in myself and if you have 4-5 children make sure you take care of yourself and your children.

I can think of cheaper ways to keep women at home, like a chain and shakles. Having 4-5 children is a excersize in sheer lunacy and insanity, not to mention economic ruin.

No, i think the answer is more primative than that. I think they just want a lot of kids for self-preservation purposes. The more kids they have then the more of themselves will still exist when they are gone. If the plan is to knock her up enough times so she won't see the light of day....it won't work cuz men are still gonna look and admire...they're men...it's what they do!

I dont think so....but you never know with some people these days lol. I will tell you this....after having 5 kids....just one left at home and she is 17...Oh man only one more year lol...It takes a Looot of $$$$ to raise kids now a days.....and I really dont know how a younger couple could do it on one wage

Haha! yes, I've heard of that! But there are possibly guys out there who really, truly do just want a big family! I must say that in older age, it would be quite comforting to have a family round you!
