ALL P2P or file sharing programs run the risk of giving you viruses. You have to keep your virus protection updated. The reason limewire gets a bad rap is because sooo many people belong to it. Obviously, it stands to reason that if you are sharing with a million people your bound to get something-protect yourself! To answer your question, I have had limewire for 3 years and I have not had any virus infiltrate my system. If the file has a virus, my system tells me and blocks it. I go find another one. Very simple.

Bear share has no virus, but Limewire has a lot more selection of songs. U can always just use a virus scan if u have a virus

myspace is the only site you will find where you can download music for free. Dont use Limewire because thats illegal. Never do know if the government is tracking what your doing on your computer.

Definitely Bearshare and it's wayyyy better than Limewire.

~~~BEARSHARE no virius and you dont have to pay its unlimited and its safe it has alot of variety and all types of artist and music remixes, and soundtract had it 4 3 yrs now its wonderful~~~
