I've heard that there is a time when some sort of mokey (think it was an ape) has to much rage, they will eat smalled monkies. Is this really true?

Some Apes do eat monkeys.
Chimpanzies in the wild will often catch and kill the smaller monkeys. Also, Humans are apes, and since some humans eat monkeys, I guess that is just a louder 'Yes'

Yes there are carnivorous apes who eat other animals including monkeys (apes and monkeys are different, just in case you were wondering...)
