Because the guy does bad in the playoffs means he has to go? What about Jason Giambi and Gary Sheffield? What about Matsui? What about Johnson? Mussina? Wright? Lidle?
A-Rod belongs with the Yankees. He still had a phenomenal year on a good team. Yankees fans are idiots if they think he should be traded. He's not the first Yankee to bomb in the playoffs. He won't be the last. He's STILL one of the best in the game and ANY team would be lucky enough to have him, if only they could afford him.

I hope the Microsoft guys bring him back to the Mariners so he can go to the Hall of Fame where he started to be good. Second choice would be the Twins but they can't afford him and will have to resort to being the best player developers in MLB.

I think he would go to a team that really needs a good player. So I'm guessing a more low down ball club. Or a ball club that would be willing to pay a lot for him.
