harvest moon made me confused?

in HM AnWL if u dont give one of the guys the blue feather and the one who likes u most come to ur house and proposes and u give them the blue feather whos proposing here? it made my brain hurt

it really doesn't matter which person initiates marriage. you or the guy.

however, if you don't get married by the end of chapter 1 (end of second or third year, i think) the game is over.

it doesnt matter. if u dont propose by the end of the year, the guy who likes u the most will knock on ur door and ask u 2 marry u. if u do propose, then no worries.
