Absolutely. I can't think of an example right this minute but I know it has affected my spelling greatly. Also, I know that my handwriting has gotten way worse since I started using the computer to type everything.

I think it has gotten worse. Not in my case of course, but in my brother's and friends' case, yes. I know how to spell words properly (most of the time). On the Internet, most websites and message boards do not have spell check. They write it how they think the words are spelled and do not heed the correct spellings of the words.
My spelling has not gotten worse, but for others it has, I suppose. Although, I have noticed that my handwriting has become sloppier...I used to have good handwriting, and not it looks like chicken-scratch.

Worse, were just taking spell check for granted and dont spend time on our spelling anymore. we just let the computer do thst for us
