In certain parts of America, it is a sport. If I'm not mistaken, they had a pro-celebrity event in which Danny De Vito participated. The sport first got started in the late 80s, when a large number of Americans tried to lassoo Macauley Culkin - technically he wasn't a dwarf but they hated him so much that they gave him honorary dwarf status. the sport never looked back from that point on.......but Macauley Culkin did!

Is that Dwarves doing the lassooing or being lassooed? I'm game.
I guess dwarves being lassooed is the more skillful, smaller targets and all that. Having said that, imagine trying to lassoo another animal throwing from down there... That would also be some skill. I think you may have come up with a new sport with two different codes right from the start.
