There are no lyrics in this song having to do with a toothbrush. Your lyrics for the tea pot part are correct and are the only lyrics.

The original lyrics have no toothbrush mentioned. Perhaps this was made up by someone in your family or a teacher perhaps...
I was a preschool teacher for a total of 10 years, and my books and records don't have any other verses but what you have before the toothbrush. (Actually there are several versions of one line "when I see a teacup, then I shout" and others, but all have to do with a teapot.)
I also looked online - no mention of them either.

I never knew there were any more lyrics beyond "tip me over and pour me out" I didn't know about a toothbrush!
