I had no idea where to put this...

anyway, about a week ago, my friend and I were just walking by and we saw this guy who was completely nude. I mean, there were other kids--children--there. When they saw him, they screamed.
Is that sort of thing illegal? I think it should be. Do any states have a law for that?
And what about wearing T-shirts that have nude women?

It depends a little on where it's done. In most places it is illegal to be naked in public. I don't know about t-shirts with nude pics on them though.

If the man was in a public place, yes it is illegal. Different towns in each state should have their own laws about clothing.

its illegal to expose your self in public. it's a federal law so no matter what state your in, they could take it to the USA government.

you can go to mexico and find out which beaches do permit nudity. Here in the USA it is illegal.

Depends, where was he. . . . If he was in his home and you looked in as you were "walking by" then you invaded his privacy.
