If every part off my life needed changing then what is the purpose off gracefully maturing into who we wish to be?

If you mean this in a positive way then look on the bright side and see the good in life rather committing yourself to change as the will to change will take over what you actually are.

Accept who you are and start by asking yourself what you really want to become

If you think that every part of your life needs changing, don`t you think you are being rather harsh with yourself? We all have some part of our lives or our bodies that we would like to change; but surely not everything! If we did that we would no longer be the person we are meant to be, so how would we tell if the change had been for better or worse?

In order to decide how to change your life, you need to determine which part of your life is more important to change first. When you've decided that, concentrate on that one issue until you're satisfied with it. Then choose another part and so on. When you take on too much at one time, it's hard to stay focused and can become overwhelmed.
In my opinion, you've already started changing your life. Thinking about it is the FIRST STEP.
Best of luck to you.

Does EVERY part honestly need changing?

Probably not!

Write down a 'positive' side of your life and a 'negative' side,
condense it into three different area. Your needs, others need,
your wants.

See what you have left, that may be the part you need to work on.

Good luck

Start with the easiest part to change first

The question is impossible, an oxymoron. If every part needed changing then it would include asking this question, which if changed would preclude changing the rest of your life.

start with a list- make a list of all the things you would like to change, all your goals in life , as unrealistic as they may be
then assess it all, start with one thing and work your way towards that, its not all gunna happen overnight remember.
nothing is impossible , if you want it bad enough and work hard enough for it to make the changes you want.
you need to get inspired and motivated

Start from the worst part: either the part that makes you most unhappy or the part you get most criticised for.

One step at a time. Start with the easy stuff and go on to the more challenging stuff.
