How many times has the character Nicole Wallace been on L&O:Criminal Intent?

I love her character, and how she bannters around with Det. Goren. The actress who portrays her is fantastic. I count six times that she was either actually shown on the show or she was mentioned. Like the time they were going to take the man who she first murdered with to trial, she killed him before he could get to the courtroom.

I know that one of the last times she was on the audience was asked to pole on weither she should die or come back. The viewers polled saying to bring her back.
