There's a couple all-natural products that you might want to consider.
Menopause Balance Complex - Uses compounds found in plants call phytoestrogens to ease mood swings, sleeplessness, and hot flashes associated with menopause.
Contains a standardized extract of Black Cohosh as well as Soy Isoflavones and Flaxseed. Also contains a proprietary phytoestrogen blend of dong quai, red clover and licorice.
Menopause Balance Complex Cooling Lotion - It's progesterone-free and may be used as often as needed without side effects. Pleasantly scented.
Contains a proprietary, synergistic blend of more than a dozen natural herbs including black cohosh, soy isoflavones, evening primrose extract, flaxseed, and jojoba seed oils.
Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions or the website.

You can take an herb blend that will help tremendously. I bought some of these through Puritan's Pride. Their website is www.puritan.com. They are having a buy one, get one free sale right now. Black Cohosh is an herb that helps a lot. Put in a search for "menopause" on that website and their herb products will come up. You can also request a free catalog.

Hormone replacement therapy is normally what doctors suggest to balance out the female hormones. Menopause stops the female hormones, progesterone, and estrogen. They (estrogen) also effect the release of pituitary gonadotropins. Other things you can do are; Exercise, diet (high in fruits and veggies and low saturated fats), herbal treatment, dietary supplements, and stop smoking if you do. There are risk to hormone replacement therapy but as in many other things, please research each one before settling for one particular treatment.

My Mums used to get a lot of these. She just kept the windows open and drank plenty of cold water before bed and didn't put much clothes on the bed. Seemed to help.

Hey,
Hyperhidrosis, also known as polyhidrosis or sudorrhea means excessive sweating; sweating too much
The most active regions of perspiration include the hands, feet, armpits and the groin area because of a relatively high concentration of sweat glands in those areas.
There are two types of hyperhidrosis. Primary focal hyperhidrosis refers to overactive sweat glands that affect certain areas of the body, such as the hands, feet, face or underarms.
This form of hyperhidrosis can't be prevented and isn't contagious because it was probably inherited (although the condition may skip a generation). Secondary generalized hyperhidrosis is total body
sweating prompted by secondary medical conditions or medications.
