WOW! I haven't been so into sports in my whole life! I kept switching back and forth between the U of M game and the last TIger game! Bonderman did SPECTACULAR! and Kenny Rogers the game before! Then we have the Red Wings who won Saturday as well!
Michigan is having some real great sporting events going on this year! 18 yrs since the Tigers were even IN the playoffs! GO TIGERS! GO WOLVERINES! GO REDWINGS. And some day GO LIONS? Ever again? LOL

Go TIGERS, I'm not from Detroit either.... The Yankees spend too much money on their players; sorry. This is from a True Blue INDIANS fan... :o)

No, some of the Tigers live in the expensive towns, away from Detroit, but Curtis Granderson and Miguel Cabrera live out of state, but they stay in a hotel for most of the season.

I don't care who beats them as long as the Yankees don't win. I do have to admit I am cheering for the Tigers (strange coming from a Jays fan)

I'm not a baseball fan but as I understand it, the Tigers squeaked into the playoffs as a wildcard and have beat up on the heavily favored Yankees. Good for them, that's a real "cinderella story". I hope it has a happy ending for your team, sounds like they deserve it.

WOOHOO Go Tigers. I am from Indiana and cheering for the Tigers. Good friend at work is from MI and has stuck with them through all the bad years....happy for him and the other true diehard Tiger fans.

they didnt squeak in pat, they had the best record in the league for 9/10 of the season, and all they had to do was win a game at home vs. the royals to clinch.
