I know... even if they do reply it seems it's aways refering you to call a service rep... or that the reply is generated by a computer that matches your question to some standard answers... it can be pretty lame at times... two thumbs up on that question!!!

Both rude and unbusinesslike ('retarded' means something quite different). I suppose they start out with the best of intentions but then can't keep the pace. That's not a business I would want to deal with.
My experience is that most do answer their emails and one can pretty much judge from how they do so what they are going to be like to do business with.

Eh, it would not worry me. You have been suggested in a question the different day lol. besides, all of us get at here adequate to get to renowned one yet another, and everybody starts off to ask your self while their popular consumers do not sign in. WQ: i think of Taylor Wilde is. probably Roxxi might get used extra, too, or ODB.

just to let you know that you can reach them, they're just being polite and they are probably too busy to sit at the computer all day to answer everyone's emails.
