I was just curious since we are 12% of the population ( more then all Asian groups combined ) and we may not be drawn in to watch the show. That's all. Please don't be offended. Thank you for your answers.

I love the show, but why does it have to have a Black main character? I think you are racist.

Hey, Mahogany, I am a "sista" , too, and I think the reason why they do not have any black superheroes is because they figured that people would not be 'drawn" towards them.
It is stupid and sad to say that, but, it is true. They would rather have an Asian and a white superhero quicker then a black because, to some people, that makes more sense.

Good question. Since the show is just starting (to my knowledge) I'm thinking maybe they haven't gotten all the characters that they are going to introduce brought into the show yet. Let's watch and see.

i agree with "uchaboo"
but the sad thing is that I'm used to it now.... have u noticed that if a show isn't on bet or upn there's usually never a black main character... or if there is one he/she is "ghetto" ... the only show that didn't do that was smallville but after the a couple of seasons he left

They have an asian, an Indian(I think, sorry if i'm wrong) so that meets their minority quota, and there is plenty of time to add more people.
