Let's say I wanted to buy an established McDonalds. How much do you think it would cost? And how much money would I have to take in every day just to maintain the restaurant and what would likely be my profit?

1) $200,000.00 (This is a down payment and not the entire cost of the restaurant which is several millions and financed over seven years)

2) You have to pay McDonald's 4% of everything you sell and also a monthly rent.

3) If you want to learn more about their profits visit their web site and request their annual reports from their Investors Relations Department.

Have a word with McDonalds to establish a price indication. With that, estimate your incomes and expenditures to establish your profit/loss.

If you are competing with McDonalds, chances are you must at least have strong financial muscles.
