This is October. If you went there in May and you still have Delhi Belly, then you need to see a doctor. It may be something else and not Delhi Belly.

That is the problem. You did everything right. Yet you got belly.

Therefore you cannot blame the Taj. It is first class all the way. You will not get sick if you eat and drink at the Taj. Therefore you did something wrong somewhere.

What was it?

I am guessing. I think you were extra worried about the belly. If you would have just taken it in your stride and tried some gol gappe on the street kiosk or a chicken tikka kabab or something by the ocean, I assure you you would not have got sick.

Nowadays when I travel, I tend to drink water out of the tap. It is fine.

Next time try this. Walk into a chemist and ask them for belly medicine which costs 2 rupees for ten.

Keep it in your travel pocket and the first signs of any growling in the belly, take one. You will be fine. The belly will be gone in no time.

Enjoy life. Go out and eat something different. Be happy and stress free about the belly and then voila.............

This is the problem with the English. Get off your high horse and learn to be with people on the ground. You know. Have a gol gappa.

I see you took every precaution that could be taken. So the only reason i can think about is that your English stomach is not accustomed to the spice and heat of Indian food. Moreover you taxed your delicate digestive system by heat of the Delhi summer. We are accustomed to the food and our digestive systems have probably strengthened over time to take the punishment of the Indian spices.
Solution : Next time bring along an English Cook

Michelle and Barry like to stay severe on the hog at an identical time as spending persons's money. this is even their political platform. yet I assure you they're going to in easy terms pass away their electorate crumbs because of the fact they're actual elitists who comprehend that if the electorate have something they gained't be tempted by potential of the Obama's economically destroying delivers which could not come to fruition. If the electorate who vote for Obama had extra which will recommend the electorate won't desire what they have taken away, and that they could swap to being against government theft.

Hi there !

Hope you have come out of the problem ? anyway, wish you a speedy recovery !
Usually, first couple of occasions only , you will feel awkward..afterwards you will get "adjusted" and "tolerant" to it..!!

In addition,
stick on to your food timings !
Opt for "less" spicy and "less" oily items.
Have more of fruits for which Delhi is famous for !
and naturally from "genuine" bottled drinking water..!

have a nice time..
best wishes..

No matter how good the indian restaurent or hotel is you will always have chances to get upset stomach. i believe cuz of thier spices etc. overall they dont realy care about meeting the health and regulation facts. so avoid eating in those restaurents or hotels.
