Reinstal the software and drivers from the original CD

you can use the cd drive as it is or put in the cd driver disk and install the drivers to it

if you mean it isn't showing up in my computer......remove the cmos battery(the coin size one in the motherboard)for 20 mins or so then put back in and restart,this will reset cmos to default and your cd should be recognised.......hope this is what you mean

use a restore thing u can get thm from office depot and ask about em
