It CAN go bad, but pour it into a glass....if the color and composition LOOK ok, and if it smells ok, then it's still good. You'll be able to tell for sure if its not.
Most products will remain good WAAYY past their expiration dates, so before tossing them, just use the sniff, eyeball test. You'll KNOW if it's good.

Check the expiry date, Concentrate orange juice gets spoilt even if kept in fridge after opening.

if the orange juice is opened and has been sitting in your fridge for more than 2 weeks.. i wouldnt recommend
if the orange juice is not opened and hasnt passed it's expiration date.... thats some good oj

Maybe, Maybe not.. Once my orange juice had mold growing in the sip part at the top.. Other times it gets fermented and you can tell. Smell it to check or just throw it out

Taste it. Smell it. You're gonna know pretty fast if it's spoiled or not.
It's doubtful that you'll get sick, cuz you won't drink very much if it's gone bad.

Yes, it can spoil...but since you are a waitress, you can probably ask someone who has been to one of those restaurant food service safety classes for more info.
