I actually think he's quite talented, but he is a bit bland (I suppose that goes for almost every English music artist anyway)
in your case, just don't listen to him

I happen to like his music, and so does my dad. If you don't like it, then just don't listen to it. I am sure there are plently of people YOU listen to I could say the same thing about.
