A few ideas we already had were:
- battering ram (three girls carrying one girl)
- Charlie's Angels + one person dressed as a speaker box (Charlie)
Basically, something funny or weird to freak out the neighbors, but not too complicated. We can cross-dress if necessary.

This Isn't About You Dressing, But It Is Funny.You Find Someone With A Water Fountain In Their Yard And You Put Washing Powders In It.If You Want You Can Also Put Food Coloring.It Bubbles All Over There Lawn. LOL!!!

All those ideas from you and the pepole before me are all brilliant and very crative and funny lol espieclly the cell mates chained together one lol I was in the same situation as you are a couple years ago and me and my friends came up with this : One of us would be Curella Deville and the rest of us would be Dalmations and we were actually on leashes attach to our back , we didnt like crawl on the ground or anything, we walked but we still looked pretty funny and unique.

3 girls dress up as the pink ladies from greese and one person dresses up as a boy nerd who follows them around asking for their atograugh.
get 2 really big shirts and 2 seriously huge pairs of pants or a skirt. then one person puts on the big shirt and skirt or pants and another person turns so that they are back to back with eachother and get in so that you are sharing the same clothes while wearing YOUR OWN CLOTHES UNDERNEATH! Then wear exactly the opposite makeup and exactly the opposite everything and you go as siamese twins one naughty one nice. if 2 people do not want to do this than they can be the mother and father one ugly one beautiful.
i like the cruella deville and 3 dalmations idea. or you could go as the cat lady and the 3 cats and stick stuffed cat toys all over the cat lady! enoy!
