Actually no! A little advice here; that sentence is better said as "She majors in communications". Peace!

No, you do not capitalize the c or the m. Unless you are writing a resume. Then you would put them in caps.

no. positions don't get capitalized unless they are titles that precede a name ("Doctor Smith" is correct; "Smith is a Doctor" should be "Smith is a doctor").
