Yes I know! The same thing keeps happening with me!
This month alone I have had 56 Turkish People Adding me On MSN. It is Immensely Irritating! Has like... computers and msn Only just been introduced to Turkey and they have found an urge to add everyone and anyone to their msn lists?!

The only thing you could do is set it up so that only people on your friends list can send you a message.

you can block and allow all or some users on your im...usually in the preference place for im stuff

you can always blcok them. if they keep coming back say to them, "take me off your friends list im blocking you," and block. its as simple as that.
