Yes you can play nintendo ds games on nintendo ds lite. they are the same things, the only difference is the lite DS is liter and brighter. You can also play gameboy games and gameboy advanced games on it.

The DS Lite has all the features of the original DS but is smaller and liter and has a more brighter screen and yes you can play all the games on the original DS with the DS Lite. You can also play all Gameboy Advance games on it as well.

yes you can, there's a slot on top of the console that allows you to do so. But the quality/graphics might be a lil shabby. If u're not bothered by that then get the DS games, but it can be hard to get hold of supplies for new releases
