I want to create animated GIF aim icons?

Does anyone know of any GIF animator programs and/ or tutorials. I want to create icons like the one on this page http://iconator.com/icon.php?IconID=798056

AdGif, Adobe InDesign, and Macromedia (/Adobe) Freworks, As for tutorials, it's pretty simple, try Google, thts how I learned.

The GIMP will create animated gif files. And it's free.

Try Ulead GIF animator. Works very well and is easy to learn.
