Do you have a passport? Felons can get passports and so far as I know, Canada will let you in. Only a Governor can pardon you and it's a rare thing to happen.

if it is similar to KY laws you can write the Governor. it is a especially good time right before re-election, that is when they fell really generous. it is also a plus if the current Governor is leaving office. good luck

contact your governor he can give you a pardon, in Arkansas you have to have a letter of recomendation from the sheriff in your county to get one..Good Luck :)
