Gallium has 31 total electrons (1st level 2, 2nd level 8, 3rd level 18, 4th level 3). Three of those electrons are valence electrons (outer shell), it will loose those electrons giving the Gallium Ion a charge of +3.

The electron configuration will then be:
2, 8, 18, (these three in the 4th level are now gone in Ga+3)

Ground state electron configuration for Gallium is: [Ar].3d10.4s2.4p1
Just in case you are in an advanced class.

Antimony's electron configuration is:
2, 8, 18, 18, 5. In real life Antimony will gain 3 electrons and be Sb-3. In that case it's last energy level would have 8 electrons.

Ground state electron configuration Antimony is: [Kr].4d10.5s2.5p3
