Recently I saw a post on Yahoo News about a lady that was 118 yrs old. Don't know if she's the oldest ever. But just to give you an idea of her age she was born in 1887. Think about it.... before cars, planes, computers, tv, indoor plumbing, refrigerators, WW1 or 2. Said something about being married the same yr Charlie Chaplin was born. Yeah, he was like the first film star in black and white actual cellulose film. LOL

For your information, I saw the news that some old woman, who lives in Los Angeles, California, turned 112 October 5, 2006. She was born in the year of 1894. She met 20 presidents and outlived 15 of them.

well , i know this is not the answer to the question nut i gotta say, therez this man in Bamer district of Rajasthan,India who is 88 yrs old n has fathered a son at this age from his third wife 43 of age. He enjoys sex daily n is a farmer by occupation. he's stayed away from alcohol n smoking, the secret of his abilities is that he drinks camel milk daily...

I know there are people over the age of 122 years too!!!

In the Bible, Genesis chapter 5, verse 27 - Methuselah lived 969 years. Wow!!

The oldest person that had documented proof of age is 122 years.

There are people who claimed to be older but they could not produce any verifiable proof of their age.
