A Few Good Men(Marines), An Officer and A Gentleman(Navy), Iron Eagle (Air Force), The Coast Guard has that new one with Kevin Costner and Ashton Kutcher, but I don't know the title. The Army, I would have to say Full Metal Jacket.

For Navy/Marines, I'd have to say "A Few Good Men", due to the excellent performances, yes, but the distinctions between the various ranks, etc., that the NON-military person would never see.
