Normal and then some - but that's normal too. Puberty lasts a long time so get used to it. To be perfectly honest, you do not think about it 24/7, you do interact with others for an hour or so and you do have your mind on the task at hand. If, as the months fly by, you find yourself losing sleep, not making friends, skipping things like going to the movies or watching a favorite tv program or reading, etc., then you are "preoccupied" with sex and as normal as that may be, you are missing out on the things you MUST be learning in order to grow up an emotionally stable dude. Also, masturbation is your friend and you two can get together as often as your body wishes, but just don't be doing it in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong (younger) person. Now settle down and get to that homework that is sitting there!

I am a female and yes I think you are normal! Just always be careful! You should be having what they call wet dreams! Even an older person that don't get the sex they need can have crazy dreams! So relax-you are normal! I hope you have someone in your family that you can talk to about these things! That would help you and take a great load off your mind! Don't WORRY so much! When I was 13, every time I closed my eyes (even for a second) I saw naked women. I believe it's normal during male puberty. Oh, and it will probably last for a few more years too.

It is normal and you aren't done with puberty yet. The hormones are working and you need to be masturbating as much as you want. It is okay normal, and needed.
