I have terrible cramps when i sit down, and im not on my period, or before my period either.. i get bloated and then double up in pain. and ive never had this happen before..ive stared exercising more, and decreased my sodium levels, and started drinking more water. anything else that will help?

I had this happen as well... its because when you run your uterus dropped out of place. My doctor used this new technique to move it back into place and then gave me exercises to strengthen my muscle to hold it in place.

Advil and maybe a heating pad. You should go to the Dr. to make sure it's nothing serious if it's not better in a couple of days. Sounds gross but you may just need to go to the bathroom or just pass gas. Good Luck

All I can think of would be to try a heating pad, and try putting some sports cream on your stomach.

If it continues, go to a doc.

have you been checked for apendicitis, or pcos? when you have pain it is imperative to have it checked out.
