Well, my advise is this.
Tell Antonio that you are straight like everyone else has suggested. However, just think about how many co-workers go out for a drink or two after work. You could at least be his friend. You and him could hang out together or whatnot. It seems like to me you aren't a major homophobic case. You seem like an open minded person.

If he has the intend of a "date" (dinner and the movies or what not), or maybe even more than the date. Then he needs to respect you. Maybe you, him, another friend or co-worker could all go out.

Accept the offer and have fun. But before you accept the offer, find out where you will be going and if it's to dinner and a movie what's the harm in going? If you are comfortable in this person's company, make it clear that you aren't gay. Also, relax, a lot of times gay people just want to have friends. I have found them to respect me more and have been there for me when times were
tough.

Just tell Antonio that you're straight, that you value his friendship but you prefer women. If you do it in a nice way, it won't have to be awkward. Also, don't spread around the fact that he asked you out if he is not openly homosexual.

Tell him your not gay. Tell him that you guys can still be friends but you dont want a relationship with him. It shouldnt hurt his feelings or anything. Just tell him right out and do it soon.

tell him that you would love to go out as friends, cause I doubt that he would ask you out just to have sex. And until you have sex or talk about marriage, you would still be in the friend category. You make friends with both sexes right???

i would just flat tell them that you do not live that lifestyle and do not want to be around anyone that does....i have always thought that you are known by the people you hang around with...but i guess it would be better to be nice about it than i said...i just am disgusted with this whole gay and homosexual mess anyway...

you don't have to make a big deal out of it, he ask you out just say NO, don't even bother to say whether you are gay or not just say NO, he will still be your friend and tell him that. good luck!!

chuckle and run the other way, tell the boss that you are a victim of sexual harassment(the last statement is not serious)
