I have a million and one ways to destress. My very favorite is to worship. High on my list is...Sing,dance,laugh,(or even have a good cry), show someone that I love them, walk outdoors and get a breath of fresh air and thank God for all He has done for me. Exercise helps and so does relaxing in a hot bath. Life is full of stress, but it is also full of things to fight against it. It just depends, I guess, if your glass is half full ,or half empty, on which one you let win.

Working on the heavy bag, lifting weight, or running. All excellent ways to de-stress, and they're all constructive.

Meditation, every day.
It does more than destress; it starts to alter the brain chemistry so you don't develop stress in the first place.

get one of those stress balls!! you squeeze them all you want and it gets the tension out of your body. its kinda like substitution for punching somebody or... haha i don't know. but just squeeze it and yeah. or i like to get online and talk to my friends [and the guy i like =)] and play some dominoes on yahoo. haha
