when creating a table in a game lounge, how do I put a message at that table like "fast fun fair"?

Talking about in yahoo games, at say a spades lounge. People create tables and post a message like "No attitudes" or "Fast fun fair" on the table up by the "join" or "watch" buttons per table. How do you post those?

I believe its an option only All star's league members have.

On a wooden table? there is this machine, like a gun or something mthat burns into the wood and you can write or draw anything. its pretty cool. and it leaves like black so its looks burn, but in a very pretty way.
