you could use the same name -however-one would have to be an incorporated society(non profit)you would need separate books and tax numbers
you would need to check with an accountant or tax officer to get the legal position
the reason it would be harder to do than other umbrella businesses is they might think you would defraud the public with the non profit part and siphon the money into the moneymaking side

i don't think of Hannity pronounced that he hated your organization,he in basic terms pronounced his opinion and that doesn't mean that each and each is going to believe him. Now that's as much as you to convince people who you furnish a mandatory provider. If the conservatives hate small company and purely choose to help massive company and that's changing under Obama then the place has our money been going for the previous 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. what share small company can anybody call that gained stimulus money or had their company propped up with our tax funds and then what share great corps. had great sums of money surpassed to them no questions asked. If not something it appears like company as familiar in D.C.

You're really playing with fire on that one. Maybe it's legal. But the IRS is going to be after you constantly like stink on a monkey. WHY would you want to do that? It already sounds like a scam to me. You surely can't come up with a really good reason why you need to do that.

It might be hard doing that if a bar is included, because the liquor laws are stricter than for other types of business. Better check it out with a lawyer first.
