Wax. Or just bleach them.

Don't think you should worry too much about facial hairs. Most of us notice somethng wrong with ourselves when hardly anyone else seems to take notice of it. I know some beauticians use a length of thread to scrape the face and remove facial hairs as they do this. I've heard that you could find such a service in some large department stores in London but I don't know which ones.

I have used electrolysis in the past but it has left tiny scars. I am now planning to use ellipse as I have had this used on body hair very successfully.
I wouldn't use plucking or waxing because it seems to encourage the hair growth which could just end up being embarrassing!

It's all about timing. Most people do their grooming first thing in the morning, but your face actually is a little puffier when you first get up. If you take care of hair when your face is puffier you won't get all of it because the puff hides smaller hairs from wax and razors. Instead, do the hair removal in the afternoon, especially if you;re going out that night.

Pluck them if there are just a few stray hairs. Wax them if there is a larger patch. If it's your upper lip that needs attention, I suggest bleaching the hair instead of waxing or plucking.

use tweezers for various hairs. If you have too many, use a mild depilatory cream or wax both for sensitive skin. You can find all of this at Sally Beauty Supply

I thought there are some cosmetic lotions or thing that will reduce the size of the hair follicals and gradually reduce the hair.
Check those asian cosmetic products.

I'm a plucker.
The problem is that nothing is fool proof. It's like getting on anti-depressants, you're going to have to try a few things to see what is best for you.

A pair of tweezers! Cos if you miss one, which is always likely or one decides to poke through while you're out! then they are nice and portable and discreet.
