What exactly are you lookinf for? Here is a good website for it:

I wouln't reccomend the generators until you are a bit more familiar with them, but they have some really cool stuff there..

You have the help section on myspace. They tell you what to do step by step and it's very easy. Just log in, get to your profile and there you have the help section
