now when she tries to download the game she gets an error that says Direct X 7.0 need to be installed,which it already is,but it says i don't have it....i hope i didnt get a virus,is that why the game won't download..any advice would help,i've tried everthing from cleaning up diskdrive to trying to re-install Tumblebugs

try uninstalling direct x and then reinstall make sure u can find the prpoer upgrade tho so save the address to where u can go to download it

Computer noobs.. Thinks everything is a virus (no offense) but no it's probably your fault not some malicuos programming.
Depends first off what you did when you were on the internet. Also you realy need the latest version of Direct X.

Did you log her out? If so be sure she is logged in as herself again.
You could uninstall DirectX and reinstall it, if you have a copy. Version 7 is pretty old now, probably not supported any more.
